Mental Health America: Take a Mental Health Screening

Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common, and treatable. This quick online screener can help you to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. If you screen positive, you can contact wellness@tulsacc.edu for further information, to schedule an appointment or to find a community provider who meets your needs.

Check out these free virtual support groups, including groups focused on Stress Management, Survivors of Suicide Loss, BIPOC Emotional & Mental Health and more.

Each of the support groups is led by a trained facilitator, but the real power of our groups is getting to interact with other people impacted by mental illness or similar situations. Supporting one another is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to heal.
